Our yesterday effects our today. Our today effects our today and tomorrow. Tomorrow is tomorrow, and will never be today. On this physical plane, tomorrow will never happen, it is a blessing. So what have you done, or are you doing, for today?
I've been thinking a lot about time lately.
And thoughts go to words, words pen to paper, paper flows to music.

Time Two: "Physicality"
Our yesterday's a memory
Tomorrow but a hope
Today is all you really have, but is it all you really know?
This moment is now
This instant is now
This wisp of mortal mind
This vapor of visual vestiges that connects you to this time
What do you do?
What do you think?
What do you actualize?
What do you see?
What do you feel?
Or love, abide, despise?
What do you want?
What do you take?
What do you give away?
What do you learn?
What do you teach?
Or grow, decline, convey?
So muse upon your yesterday
For tomorrow you can but pray
Because all you'll ever really have
is this moment we've labeled today
This time; a measured increment
As sand trickles down the glass
And this incorporeally stored imagery
will momentarily pass
What you have?
What you use?
You eventually expend!
What you taste?
What you hear?
The love you give and take in!
What you make.
How you slake.
This hunger and thirst to quench.
Who you know.
Who you grow.
The "You", you give and lend
Time; where does it go?
And Time; will we ever know?
